A new week

I ate do good yesterday. It was healthy but I have an issue that the food taste bland. I don't know how to make healthy food taste good. My problem is that the recipes that are healthy have some weird ingredients that I can't find, are too expensive or I can't figure out how to use it. I ate some ice cream but didn't feel good afterwards. So I got some inspiration! I don't want to lose weight I wasn't to shred fat. I don't want to work out I want to train! That's a good mentallity.

  1. If the food tastes bland, add flavors that you love (you can add salsa, salt(a little salt goes a long way), pepper, italian seasoning, taco seasoning, spray butter, etc...) you'll just have to experiment. Don't think that you have to eat nasty tasting stuff to loose weight. Although, when you start eating healthier and loosing weight, you'll crave wholesome food more.
I like the word train rather than work out too. Maybe you should sign up for a race or something (5K, tri-athlon, dualathon, bike race, etc..) anything physical. It takes your mind off of "losing weight" and gets you thinking about making your body stronger and healthier so you can do well. That's one of the big motivations for me working out the past 10 months. Good luck! You're doing great.

  2. Oh also, on the healthy recipes having expensive stuff in it, once you are not buying as much junk, you'll have left over money to get the good stuff (junk food is expensive). Keep trying new recipes. Or substitute different things in the recipe with things you are familiar with.
