End of the week

So I was really good this week. I workedout and ate healthy this week. It was all good until the weekend showed up. Then I had bad carbs and sugar. I didn't do insanity on Friday but I was riding my bike all around town. Sarurday though I didn't do none and ate bad but not bad enough that I felt sick to my stomach I still portioned my meal. Way to go me! So today is weigh in day I'm going to see how I did. My goal is to be able to train all this week and not skip a day. I do feel that my health is getting better and my endurance is up some. I hate that I get shin splints. They hurt when I workout but I just fight through it. I don't regret what I ate. I'm learning from my mistakes and I'm doing this one day at a time. I hope my work out was enough to make up for my non workou days and bad eating. I'll admit I do feel a little tighter. Here comes week two!

  1. Awesome weak!!! Great job! One day at a time. One week at a time. Line upon line.
Shin splints. I used to get them a lot when I was running. Found a trick that worked. Sounds dumb but it did the trick for me. Every time I got a free minute or two I would spell the ABC's with my feet (one at a time) This helped strengthen those front muscles so they wouldn't be so prone being injured. Keep up the good work!! :)

  3. Five pounds? Awesome! See... you know how to do it. Just make sure you are happy doing it so it's not something temporary. The tri-athlon was great. Hard but totally worth it. Finished in just under 2 hours. I think I may try to beat it next year. Keep up the good work!

  4. Great Job Becky!! Dude, I never had shin splints until like 2 weeks ago. Those are bad but charlie horses are worse.
I'm so proud of you Mario, I can definitely see it in your face.
So Liz is joining this Biggest Loser thing today. I can't decide if I want to do it with her. On my side of the weight loss journey, I've started turbo fire. It feels so great but I'm stubborn about not seeing results fast enough. When I do though, I have a lot more motivation to keep going.
