here is where I went wrong. at 5 I had a turkey sandwich (that is not the bad part)
so at 630 I got hungry again and I ate at a deli and had a foot long sub. it was a breakfast sandwich with egg sausage and cheese and the other half was a roast beef but it had a lot of mayo or some other type of sauce. Ok but the good thing is that I didn't have any soda or chips with it. Man, I get so weak at night time and I really just want to eat a lot. Any one have any good ideas or experience on how they got over it?
I just wrote a HUGE message to you and then there was an error when it sent so it was erased! UGH... Just ask me when you see me! I HATE it when that happens! Oh well, it's life... it happens! I love you.
ReplyDeleteDon't kick yourself. It's all about the journey and learning about your body and your spirit and how to balance the two. Water water water!!! Oh... and water. I still struggle at night too sometimes. Especially if I've had a stressful day. I just give up and give in. I've found staying away from the kitchen and doing something else that I also love to do will kinda replace the night time feeding frenzy addiction. Replace one bad habit with a good habit. Reading or woodworking or whatever. Form a new hobby that you think sounds interesting. But you have to love it as much as eating. :) Hope that helps a little bit. You're doing an awesome job. Just stay positive and don't kick yourself for the mistakes. Mistakes are learning experiences.
